Payment Options

We will accept online payment in the methods below, as well as cash or cheque in person.

The Bikes

We have 8 hybrid bikes from Pure Cycle with 7 gears in 3 different sizes. In addition to that we have a few lady bikes that are easier to get on also with 7 gears. And we have a couple of children bikes that are suitable for children between 6 and 10 years old. For younger children we can offer a bike trailer that fits up to 2 children and a child seat that is suitable for children up to 20kg.

Safety First

We provide helmets for adults and children. We recommend to stick to the outlined routes and to respect the highway code for cyclists.

You need to bring

A driving licence that will stay with us as a deposit for the bike. We will provide you with a bike lock if needed. And we recommend to bring some drinking water.

There are 3 main routes that we recommend for your journey with different levels of difficulty. 1. The easiest and most relaxing route will bring you all the way to Stepaside along the heritage path and through woodlands on a tarmacked road and it's all flat. At the end you can enjoy some history from the Iron Works. There is also a play park about half way which is great for children. (approx. 1h with break) 2. The second route guides you up some steeper hills along the coastal path with amazing views to Amroth. Even though it's not all tarmacked it is still suitable for our bikes. Plus at the end you can treat yourself to an ice cream in one of the lovely cafe's in Amroth and enjoy the view over Saundersfoot. (approx. 2h with break) 3. The 3rd route is the most challenging as part of it is along a main road and of course you will have to go up and down some little hills. But you will get rewarded by cycling through Colby Garden from the National Trust that has a lovely cafe where you can treat yourself to some well deserved cake. It's a great place to stop and admire the garden. Once you get out of the park you can enjoy the ride back along the coastal and cycle through the lovely village of Amorth.

what to expect

Safety briefing
You can try the bike before you head off. We will let you know what to respect while you are on the road.
Respecting the gear
Please do not use the Bikes on the Beach. They are not specific bikes for the Beach and the chains will block up because of the sand. We would like to keep our equipment in excellent condition.
Stay safe
Please respect the highway code for cyclists if you ride on a main road.

My daughter and her friends attend the Tuesday SUP classes regularly and have done for a couple of years now. They are fun and educational, and its important to have the two to keep the interest of teenagers!! Definitely one to keep you fit and off the gadgets! I recommend them.
